David K. Orr
Senior Vice President
David Orr joined Wentworth Property Management Corporation as Vice President of Client Relations. In his role, David manages and helps strengthen new and existing relationships between Wentworth and its extensive client base within the active adult community. David oversees business development, training, and progress of company related sales and marketing, within the Lifestyles Division.
Prior to Wentworth Property Management Corp, David was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Metro New York/New Jersey division of Pulte Homes. In his role, he managed three highly successful Del Webb communities. He played a key role in helping grow the division from an initial six employees to more than 200 professionals at its peak. He was also known as “Top Gun President” for over seven years. Mr. Orr was also Division Trainer at Pulte for Customer Satisfaction. David spent a decade with Pulte Homes, beginning as a Sales Manager of their Central New Jersey Division, eventually became their Director of Sales, and finally taking on the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to Pulte, he was a Sales Manager for Kleiner, Litwok & Kleiner.
Mr. Orr began his career in the building industry as a Sales Manager for K. Hovnanian Homes in their North Central division. David attended both New England College and Trenton State College.
Steven Y. Brumfield
Vice President – Operations
Steven Y. Brumfield, CMCA®, CCAM®, AMS®, PCAM® joined Wentworth Property Management as Vice President, Operations. In his role, Steven enhances operational practices as well as helps strengthen relationships between Wentworth and its extensive client base, with a primary focus on the national active adult community segment of the industry. He is responsible for the direct supervision of the Lifestyles Division’s community managers, executive directors, and active adult specialists.
Prior to joining Wentworth, Steven was the Assistant Director of Community Associations for Toll Brothers Inc., a nationwide luxury home builder. In this capacity, he oversaw the formation and management of several hundred developing community associations in twenty-two states, and provided consulting services to Toll Brothers’ community associations and their Members.
Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Steven worked as a Senior Property Manager for a property management firm in northern Virginia, and as a Property Manager for a property management firm in central Florida. He holds numerous industry designations, has been licensed by the state of Florida as a real estate broker and community association manager, and is certified in California as a community association manager. Prior to his career in property management, Steven spent several years as Vice President of a family-owned custom home building company.
Steven currently serves on the National Board of Trustees for the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and the Board of Directors of CAI’s Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter, as well as several committees and Task Forces. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Stephen C. Doran PCAM™, CMCA™
Vice President – Developer Services
Stephen Doran is the Vice President of Developer Services for Wentworth Property Management Corp. Mr. Doran supervises the operations of the DC Metro region, and is responsible for the creation of standardizing budgeting and operational procedures for Wentworth’s regional and national developer customers. Mr. Doran was instrumental in building the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey Region of Wentworth where he oversaw a portfolio of over 5,000 homes in 55 communities consisting of active adult communities, condominium associations, high-rise buildings, and fee simple town homes with a staff of nearly 100 managers and customer service representatives.
Mr. Doran has been in the management industry since 1997 and is an active member of CAI (Community Associations Institute) where he was awarded the highly coveted PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation in 2001. In 1999, Mr. Doran received the CMCA certification (Certified Manager of Community Associations). Stephen has taught the ABC's for Community Association Leaders Training Program, served on the New Jersey Chapter Legislative Action and Membership Committees, and as Chair of the Delaware Valley Chapter's New Jersey Regional Council. He has also spoken at the Atlantic Builders Convention on transitions and at the recent New Jersey CAI exposition on collections.
Mr. Doran is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
Edward D. Corless, AMS®, PCAM® LEED® AP
Vice President of Lifestyle Services
Mr. Corless is the Vice President of Lifestyle Services and has been instrumental in creating and developing Wentworth’s Active Adult Specialty Team. In this capacity, he facilitates educational seminars and provides support and guidance to active adult clients and associates. Mr. Corless also provides budget, planning and construction related consulting services to national home builders. Additionally, Mr. Corless has been responsible for forming ancillary relationships to augment Wentworth’s services to include vacation partnerships, entertainment and wellness services to our communities.
Previously, Mr. Corless was the Regional Vice President of Wentworth’s Shore Region, which consisted of a portfolio of more than 10,000 homes, extending from Atlantic City to Lakewood New Jersey. Prior to joining Wentworth, Mr. Corless was the Director of Contract Management with a large real estate management firm which specialized in the operation of multifamily residences and has 15 years experience with asset and real estate management.
Mr. Corless graduated from Farleigh Dickenson University with a degree in Finance. He is active with both the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute and National Home Builders 50+ Housing Council. Ed holds both the AMS® and PCAM® management designations and is a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Corless is also LEED AP certified through the United States Green Building Council.
Ted Gammon
Executive Director
Ted is an Executive Director for the Lifestyles Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Ted provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and sited lifestyle communities reporting to our Lifestyle division.
Ted has been involved with residential and commercial real estate development since 1997 holding varied positions in project and operations management. Most recently, Ted was Land Acquisitions Manager and Project Manager for Toll Brothers, Inc., one of the nation’s premier luxury home builders. In this capacity, he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets throughout NY, NJ & PA. Previously, Ted worked at NVR, Inc. as a Project Manager and Elrac, Inc. as an Operations Manager.
Ted received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Virginia University.
Brian Hutt
Executive Director
Brian is an Executive Director for the Lifestyles Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Brian provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and lifestyle communities reporting to our Lifestyle division.
Brian has over twenty years of diversified Management and Training experience within the US and UK homebuilding industries. Most recently, Brian was the Director of Building Solutions for the Masco Corporation Wetherby, based out of West Yorkshire United Kingdom. In this capacity, he was responsible for organizing homebuilder option programs and developing marketing and sales training programs. Previously, Brian worked in Houston, Texas as an independent consultant responsible for the development and operation of design studio initiatives.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and his MBA from the University of Miami.
