Wentworth Thanks All of Our L.E.A.D.S. 2009 Sponsors
The concept of L.E.A.D.S. began in April 2006 with the focus on developing a Customer Service Educational Expo to benefit all Wentworth associates.
During the initial development of L.E.A.D.S. it was determined that in order for Wentworth associates to truly benefit from this program it would be necessary for L.E.A.D.S. to be created internally by Wentworth associates. This core group developed the acronym L.E.A.D.S. to represent the commitment that Wentworth has to both our Mission Statement of being the leader of the community association management industry and our Company Pledge to “Make A Difference” for our clients and fellow associates.
Planning for the event was driven internally by a dynamic group of Wentworth associates. Some of the classes offered were in the areas of customer service, leadership, technology, accounting and legal services. Wentworth enhanced the educational experience for associates by inviting industry leaders/vendors to facilitate topics of interest.
L- Learn ... about Wentworth, past present and future. Develop through training the skills that clients have come to know from a Wentworth associate.
E- Evolve … the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Ability to recognize that growth never stops.
A- Achieve … company recognition and advancement into leadership programs.
D- Deliver … to confidently provide the Wentworth level of customer service.
S- Succeed … THE SKY’S THE LIMIT!
L.E.A.D.S. is a symbol of Wentworth’s never ending philosophy to be committed to training and leadership development. By offering programs like L.E.A.D.S. we continue to excel as the leader of the community association management industry, providing endless opportunities for associates to reach their personal and professional goals.
Before we can exceed expectations of others, we must first raise the expectations of ourselves.
Unlike any other event or seminar in the industry, L.E.A.D.S. 2007 brought together over 500 associates from all over the country including Delaware, Florida, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia. The day consisted of educational seminars, giving associates an opportunity to network with the more than 30 vendors and contractors in attendance. It is through events like this and Wentworth’s other leadership seminars that associates are offered opportunities to enhance or update their skills.
