David Epstein
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Epstein is Chief Executive Officer and a founder of The Wentworth Group, Inc., a holding company for Wentworth Property Management Corp., Armstrong Management Services, Inc., Wentworth NY, Cooper Square Realty, Planned Companies, Abigail Michaels and Todd Ross Insurance Agency.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Epstein was Chief Financial Officer of Wentworth for the past 16 years, where he was responsible for the company's financial systems. Mr. Epstein is an original founder of Wentworth.
Mr. Epstein graduated from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 with Honors. In 1985, Mr. Epstein successfully passed the Certified Public Accounting exam.
Michael A. Mendillo
President
Michael A. Mendillo is the President of The Wentworth Group, Inc., the largest residential property management company in the country.
In 1997 Wentworth partnered with FirstService Residential Management, a publicly traded organization that has become the global leader of property services. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate management, Mr. Mendillo has been instrumental in Wentworth's strategic growth initiatives, which includes a series of acquisitions. Through his leadership, Wentworth has created a corporate culture that implements a team-approach to consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Mr. Mendillo has spoken nationally on leadership, service and corporate culture to industry trade associations, service companies and business schools including William Paterson University and New York University’s Stern School of Business. He has spoken at the Community Associations Institute (CAI) CEO MC Retreats and at the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) Tri-State Conferences.
Mr. Mendillo sits on CAI’s National Board for The Foundation for Community Association Research. He also serves on the Advisory Board for William Paterson University’s Forward Thinking Program.
Prior to joining Wentworth, Mr. Mendillo was the Founder and CEO of Mandell Investment Inc., a real estate investment management firm.
Mr. Mendillo graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
Frank Peditto
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Peditto is Chief Financial Officer for The Wentworth Group, Inc. With over 25 years of financial experience, Mr. Peditto iis responsible for the financial operations of Wentworth and its affiliated companies. Mr. Peditto supervises Corporate Accounting, Association Accounting and Information Technology and is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures with regard to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Prior to Wentworth, Mr. Peditto was the CFO at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. In this role, he developed the financial reporting infrastructure and managed the Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management and Human Resources functions.
Mr. Peditto received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University.
Tom Valleras CPA™
Corporate Controller
Tom Valleras joined Wentworth in 2009 as Corporate Controller. In this capacity Mr. Valleras oversees the corporate accounting staff and accounting operations in Wentworth’s Valley Forge office.
Mr. Valleras has nearly twenty years experience as a financial professional in various industries. He has experience in internal control procedures, financial accounting management, financial reporting, and budgeting and business planning. Prior to joining Wentworth, Mr. Valleras was Manager of Corporate Accounting at Primavera Systems, a project management software company. Prior to that, Mr. Valleras spent six years in the insurance business, rising to Assistant Vice President of Regional Accounting for Willis Group Holdings, a global insurance broker specializing in insurance risk management and mitigation. Mr. Valleras started his career at MacDade, Abbott, LLP, a regional public accounting firm.
Tom received his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Temple University.
Scott Bresnick
Director of Strategy and Operations
Scott Bresnick is the Director of Strategy and Operations. Scott drives and supports a wide variety of strategic and operational initiatives across the Wentworth operating companies. Scott is also responsible for transferring best practices across the business platforms in an effective and motivating manner to impact positive change throughout Wentworth.
Scott brings over 10 years of project management and process development experience. He has hands on experience with businesses ranging from start-up to enterprise size with extensive knowledge of corporate operations and business management including business planning, strategic management, project planning, market research, marketing mix and channel strategy development.
Most recently Scott was Project Manager for the Brookside Group, LLC, where he worked directly with the Chief Executive Officer to develop business strategies and enforce implementation. Previously, Scott worked for various companies, including Lucent Technologies, in both business development and project management roles.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and his Master of Science Degree in Business Administration, both from Monmouth University.
Manu Jaggi
Director of Information Technology
Mr. Jaggi is Director of Information Technology for the Wentworth Group, Inc. He is responsible for the successful development and implementation of current and emerging technologies.
Mr. Jaggi has been involved with developing and executing operational technology for over twenty years. Most recently, Mr. Jaggi was Manager of Information Technology for Comcast Cable. In this capacity, he was responsible for the management of the IT Support Team and the daily operations of approximately 30 offices and 4,000 users.
Mr. Jaggi attended SUNY at Albany and Ramapo State College for courses in Computer Science and L.A. Mr. Jaggi holds several Technology Certifications.
Graceanne Welsh, CMCA®, AMS®, LEED® Green Associate
Director of Education and Development
Ms. Welsh is the Director of Professional Education and Development. She has a background in training to include curriculum design and implementation, as well as, instructor-led training and leadership development. Ms. Welsh has been instrumental in the foundation of the Wentworth School of Professional Development (WSPD), a company- wide online training system.
Prior to joining Wentworth in 2001, Ms. Welsh spent nearly twenty years in the customer service industry mentoring and training for large banks and retail organizations.
Ms. Welsh graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in English. She is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and currently holds both a CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS® (Association Management Specialist) designation. In addition to her designations, she is an active participant in CAI having served on the Networking, Education and Membership Committees. Ms. Welsh is also a LEED Green Associate certified through the United States Green Building Council.
