WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – December 26, 2007 – Wentworth Property Management Corp., the largest manager of residential Community Associations in the United States, was recently named “Accredited Management Organization of the Year” by the New Jersey Chapter # 1 of the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM). IREM is an international organization of professional property managers who manage all types of real estate including office buildings, multi-family and single family residential properties, shopping centers and industrial properties.
The award is given to the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) that best supports the New Jersey IREM chapter and its various programs throughout the year.
This prestigious honor was announced at NJ IREM’s “Heritage Night” ceremony held recently for its members at The Grand Summit Hotel in Summit, New Jersey.
